Gold price drops by Rs 6,500 per tola in Pakistan

KARACHI (News Desk): Gold price in Pakistan saw a sharp decline on Friday, falling by Rs 6,500 per tola, according to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association.

According to data, the price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased to Rs 429,136 after a drop of Rs 6,500. While the price of 10 grams of 24Kt gold fell by Rs 5,573 to Rs 367,914.

In the international market, gold price dropped by $65 to $4,066 per ounce.

Silver prices also declined. Silver per tola fell by Rs 85 to Rs 5,678, while 10 grams of silver dropped by Rs 73 to Rs 4,867.

International silver price was at $52.00, down by $0.85.
