K-Electric wins Gold Stevie® Award, first Pakistani firm to be recognized globally

KARACHI: K-Electric (KE) has won the Gold Stevie® Award at the 11th Annual Stevie® Awards for Great Employers, becoming the only Pakistani organisation recognised in the global competition this year.

KE’s Chief People Officer Muhammad Rizwan Dalia was also honoured in the HR Individual – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leader of the Year category.

Dalia said the award reflects KE’s commitment to DEI, adding that “diversity fuels innovation, equity builds trust, and inclusion enables people to do their best work.”

The Stevie® Awards received over 1,000 nominations from 38 countries. Winners will be celebrated on October 28.
